Hotel Information

Booking confirmation:
A booking is just binding after our written confirmation and upon a receipt of a deposit of € 400,00/3.000,00 (depending on the period) per room. The deposit will be withheld as compensation for cancelled reservations unless the guest has taken out a travel insurance policy in advance: in this case, we will comply with the conditions described in the policy

The deposit can be wired or done by a written credit card authorization (Visa or Master).

Please note that it is only possible to book a room category, not a specific room or floor.

Cancellation policy:
For cancelled bookings up to a month prior to your arrival, the deposit will be withheld as compensation. For cancellations from 30 to 14 days in before arrival, we will charge 50% of the total booked period. For cancellations of 14 days or less, and in case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 80% of the booked period.

Travel insurance:
To protect yourself in case you are forced to postpone your arrival or anticipate the departure, or to completely cancel your booking for health or other valid reasons, we suggest that you take out a travel cancellation insurance.  Upon request, we will be pleased to provide you with additional information and the relative form.

Payment:
Cash (up to € 999,00) or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard and Euro Card)

Useful information:
We apologize but baby strollers have no entrance in the restaurant or lounge, nor in the swimming pool and wellness area.  For the restaurant we have high chairs and fort he room we will prepare a baby bed.

Kids up to 16 years of age are not allowed in the Saunas or in the whisper lounge.  They are very welcome in the swimming pool area!

Our wellness center Granvara Vital is fort he exclusive use of our guests.  Please understand that people that are not staying at the Granvara will have no access to our facilities.

Pets are not allowed in the hotel, nor in the hotel precincts. We thank you for your understanding.

Guests can check-in from 2 p.m., early check-in can be arranged upon arrival, subject to availability. Check out time is 11 a.m.

A „late check-out“ in the room till 6 p.m. is possible (subject to availability) with an extra charge of € 50,00 per person without meal and a „late check-out“ in the wellness center till 6 p.m. is also possible (subject to availability) with an extra charge of € 20,00 per person without meal.

Prices:
Should be a price difference the hotel have the rights to regulate the prices as per our latest price list.

Smoker?
The hotel’s rooms have been designed using natural materials and advanced technology. In order to maintain a comfortable environment smoking is not permitted in the rooms, bathrooms or anywhere inside the hotel, apart of our smoking lounge.
