The prices are per person and day in half board with American breakfast and gourmet evening meal (5 courses with menu choice). Vegetarian menu on request.

** For the period "NEW YEAR ONLY" and "stay less than 8 nights" in the period from December, 26th to January, 3rd 2010 we calculate an extra charge of 10% of the half board price.

The GRANVARA Relais & SPA Hotel****S half board price includes:

• Bathrobe on request
• Welcome aperitif at the cocktail bar each Saturday
• American breakfast buffet with "Bio Corner" and warm dishes
• A large variety of menus with choice of the menu (5 courses), vegetarian and gluten free menu (on request), hors-d'ouevres from the buffet and season salad from the buffet, as well as a cheese buffet
• Light and diet menu on request
• Weekly highlights from the chef, Tyrolean music evening with typical Tyrolean dinner, Gala Dinner
• Free access to the whole "GRANVARA VITAL"
• Free access to the gym at our Tecnogym-Fitness-Studio

• Bathrobes and slippers in the room
• Underground car park for your car (with daily charge)
• Internet charge (€ 8,00 per hour)

The prices are to be understood in half board per person and day for a stay of at least 4 days. For a shorter period we calculate an extra charge. Please notice that on winter we normally just book the week from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to confirm a specific room number or floor or position. The room sketches are just an example and are therefore are not a commitment.

Booking confirmation:
Your booking is just valid after the receipt of your written reservation (booking), as well as a deposit (caparra) of € 400,00 to € 2.000,00 (depending on the period) per room. The deposit can be made by the written credit card number with validity date (Visa or Mastercard), postal order or bank wire. The deposit is the guarantee of your booking and will not be refund in any case.

Reduction for the 3rd. bed:

• Children from 0-1 years: 60%
• from 1-6 years: 40%
• from 6-12 years: 30%
• 3^rd bed above 12 years: 20%

We apologize but we do not accept animals.

On the day of arrival, your room is available from 2 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the room not later than 11 a.m. For a "late check-out" till 6 p.m. in the room (depending on availability and just with previous agreement) we calculate € 50,00 per person without meals and for a "late check-out" in the Spa centre till 6 p.m. (just with previous agreement) we calculate € 20,00 per person.

Please notice, that just hotel guest have access to the rooms, garden, SPA and swimming pool.

Cancellation policy:
We consider the EU norms for cancellations of hotel bookings or holiday trips.
In the case of late arrival or early departure, we must charge all guests (even regular guests) the legally prescribed fee for unused beds. We apologize for any inconvenience, but since this is a considerable business loss for us. Please notice that the deposit ("caparra") is the guarantee of your booking and will be kept in any case of a cancellation!

In order to avoid that you are charged at any cancellation fees if you cannot start your holiday due to health reasons we recommend you to conclude a travel insurance. Please ask for the necessary form when booking.

Payment:
You can pay cash or with credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Euro Card).

Please notice that we normally book the wellness treatments together with the room.

The wellness centre can be used by our guests only and kids and youngster under 16 years of age are welcome in the swimming pool only.

We do not recognize any commission for travel agent/tour operators.
