• Reduction for the 3rd. bed:

• Children from 0-1 years: 70%
• from 1-6 years: 50%
• from 6-12 years: 40%
• 3^rd bed above 12 years: 25%

We apologize but we do not accept animals.

• Underground car park for your car (€ 5,00 per day)
• Internet (Wired internet access (ADSL) in the room and WLAN access in the lobby area/reception/winter garden) charge (€ 10,00 for the conection)

The prices are to be understood in half board per person and day for a stay of at least 4 days. For a shorter period we calculate an extra charge. Please notice that on winter we normally just book the week from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday.  There will be no discounts aplied for not taken meals and no reimbursement for not taken services.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to confirm a specific room number or floor or position. The room sketches are just an example and are therefore are not a commitment.  We cannot guarantee that requests will be met in full.

Booking confirmation:
Your booking is just valid after the receipt of your written reservation (booking), as well as a deposit (confirmatory caparra) of € 400,00 to € 3.000,00 (depending on the period) per room. The deposit can be made by the written credit card number with validity date (Visa or Mastercard), postal order or bank wire. The deposit is the guarantee of your booking and will not be refund in any case.

On the day of arrival, your room is available from 2 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the room not later than 11 a.m. For a "late check-out" till 6 p.m. in the room (depending on availability and just with previous agreement) we calculate € 50,00 per person without meals and for a "late check-out" in the Spa centre till 6 p.m. (just with previous agreement) we calculate € 20,00 per person.

Please notice, that just hotel guests have access to the rooms, garden, SPA and swimming pool.

Cancellation policy:
To protect yourself in case you are forced to postpone your arrival, or leave in advance or to completely cancel your reservation due to health problems or any other valid reasons, we strongly suggest that you provide with a travel cancellation policy.  Upon request we will be glad to provide you with aditional information and relative form.  Please notice that the deposit ("confirmatory caparra") is the guarantee of your booking and will be kept in any case of a cancellation!

Cancellation conditons:
For reservations cancelled upon 30 days prior to the start of the vacation, the deposit (confirmatory caparra) will be retained as a compensation.  For a cancellation from 30 to 14 days prior to the arrival we charge 50% of the entire reservation period.  For cancellation less than 14 days to the arrival or incase of an early departure, we charge 80% of the total amount.

Payment:
You can pay cash or with credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Euro Card).

Please notice that we normally book the wellness treatments together with the room.

The wellness centre can be used by our guests only and kids and youngster under 16 years of age are welcome in the swimming pool only.

We do not recognize any commission for travel agent/tour operators.
