For gourmets, the Granvara Relais & Spa Hotel is the perfect place to experience culinary artistry. The aromatic Mediterranean-Alpine cuisine, accompanied by fine wines from the cellar, is served daily by our team of eight chefs under the direction of head chef, Michael Tschurtschenthaler.

Delight in our exclusive range of 5-course meals with crispy salad and starter buffets. Sophisticated local, Mediterranean and Italian specialities are served in a warm atmosphere. We also serve special dishes for vegetarians at the Granvara.
