Even 50 years ago, when the Granvara Relais & Spa Hotel was still a simple guesthouse, it was particularly important to the Senoner family to offer superb and authentic gourmet cuisine using fresh produce from South Tyrol and the surrounding area.

This tradition is still upheld today, and our gourmet restaurant has even been awarded a Michelin star.
