For many years the Senoner family has been committed to ensuring that the Granvara Spa & Relais Hotel develops in an environmentally-friendly way and has taken responsibility for keeping its natural surroundings intact. This green hotel has its own Dolomite spring. A heat recovery plant, energy optimisation measures and over 130 square metres of solar panels help ensure that our energy use is sustainable. With the Granvara’s solar energy, we are able to cover all of our hot water requirements, thus making an important contribution to running our business in an environmentally-friendly way.
When it comes to fine dining, at the Granvara the day starts with an energy-packed breakfast. Fresh, hot egg dishes and omelettes are cooked in front of the guests and served from our buffet. On an evening, our head chef, Michael, and his team will indulge you with a choice of five-course gourmet meals.Local produce refined and prepared according to typically South Tyrolean and Italian recipes provide a special experience for the tastebuds.
It goes without saying that there is also a crisp salad buffet, sophisticated starters and delicious desserts plus a cheese board with all kinds of delicacies.
