Everything you need to know for your stay at the GRANVARA^® Relais & Spa Hotel

We kindly inform you that the whole GRANVARA^® Relais & SPA Hotel * * * * * resort is exclusively reserved for the privacy and tranquility of our hotel guests with reservation only.
We inform you also that the GRANVARA VITAL DOLOMIT SPA is exclusively reserved for our hotel guests (we do not offer DAY SPA).

Pets are not allowed in the hotel, nor in the hotel precincts. We thank you for your understanding.

A booking is just binding after our written confirmation and upon a receipt of a deposit of 30%  per room. The deposit will be withheld as compensation for cancelled reservations unless the guest has taken out a travel insurance policy in advance: in this case, we will comply with the conditions described in the policy. The deposit can be wired or done by a written credit card authorization (Visa or Master). Please note that it is only possible to book a room category, not a specific room or floor.

For cancelled bookings up to a month prior to your arrival, the deposit will be withheld as compensation. For cancellations from 30 to 7 days in before arrival, we will charge 70% of the total booked period. For cancellations of 7 days or less, and in case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 90% of the booked period.

Cash or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard and Euro Card). We are very sorry but we do not accept "American Express" and "cheque".

We apologize but baby strollers have no entrance in the restaurant or lounge, nor in the swimming pool and wellness area. For the restaurant we have high chairs and fort he room we will prepare a baby bed. Kids up to 16 years of age are not allowed in the Saunas or in the whisper lounge. They are very welcome in the swimming pool area!

Our wellness center Granvara Vital Dolomit is fort he exclusive use of our guests. Please understand that people that are not staying at the Granvara will have no access to our facilities. We kindly inform you that for kids & teenagers under 16 years unfortunately there is no access to the saunas.

Guests can check-in from 2 p.m., early check-in can be arranged upon arrival, subject to availability. Check out time is 11 a.m.

A „late check-out“ in the room till 6 p.m. is possible (subject to availability) with an extra charge of € 50,00 per person without meal and a „late check-out“ in the wellness center till 6 p.m. is also possible (subject to availability) with an extra charge of € 20,00 per person without meal.

Should be a price difference the hotel have the rights to regulate the prices as per our latest price list.
For a stay of less than 4 nights we calculate an additional charge on the normal price.

We are committed to collect a community residence tax of € 3,40 per person and night for all persons over 14 years. This tax is not included in the price of your stay.

The hotel’s rooms have been designed using natural materials and advanced technology. In order to maintain a comfortable environment smoking is not permitted in the rooms, bathrooms or anywhere inside the hotel, apart of our smoking lounge.

GuestPass/Val Gardena Guest Pass/Mobil Card (consequently Guest Pass) will be issuedto the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regionalgovernment No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well asfrom 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil”network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourismorganization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium,appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the abovedecision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Associationof Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of theadditional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use ofthe Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing andmanaging the Guest Pass.
