Our creative kitchen team delights guests every day with sophisticated compositions for the eye and palate. Under the direction of head chef Beniamino Trezza, culinary masterpieces are created that will make your gourmet holiday in South Tyrol a special experience.

Beniamino Trezza has been shaping GRANVARA® cuisine for years - together with his young, creative team, he is always on the lookout for new flavour experiences. Flavours from all over the world are combined with local traditions to create sophisticated dishes made from fresh, local ingredients. The result: an enjoyable symbiosis of Ladin, Mediterranean and international cuisine, prepared with passion and sensitivity.

In the morning, start the day with a vital breakfast buffet and fresh creations from the front cooking station. At lunchtime we spoil you in our à la carte restaurant, in the afternoon you can fortify yourself with our afternoon buffet (included in half board). In the evening, a sophisticated 5-course menu of your choice will crown your day, for example as part of special themed evenings such as the traditional Tyrolean evening.
