Hot bath with hay oil, herbal peeling or salt from the Dead Sea. Enhance the relaxing effect on the muscles and reactivate the circulation with a biosauna or Turkish bath. Followed by a shower and an Abyhanga massage. At the end of the treatment, you can enjoy a delicious South Tyrolean speck and cheese platter, accompanied by a glass of Prosecco.

Alpine feel-good ritual
The body is prepared with a powder and oil peeling treatment, then moves on to reap the benefits of sweating in the steamy steam room or biosauna for deep skin cleansing. This is followed by a shower and massage. Total body with orange oil. The last pampering is the tasty adjustment with hot herbal teas.
