- We kindly inform you that the entire GRANVARA® Relais & Spa Hotel is exclusively reserved for the privacy and tranquillity of our hotel guests with a confirmed reservation only. We also inform you that the GRANVARA® Vital Dolomit Spa is exclusively reserved for our hotel guests (we do not offer day spa services).
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel or on the hotel premises. We thank you for your understanding.
- A booking is binding only after our written confirmation and upon receipt of a deposit of 30% per room. The deposit will be withheld as compensation for cancelled reservations unless the guest has taken out a travel insurance policy in advance; in this case, we will comply with the conditions described in the policy. The deposit can be wired or made by written credit card authorization (Visa or MasterCard). Please note that it is only possible to book a room category, not a specific room or floor.
- For cancelled bookings up to a month prior to your arrival, the deposit will be withheld as compensation. For cancellations from 30 to 7 days in before arrival, we will charge 70% of the total booked period. For cancellations of 7 days or less, and in case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 90% of the booked period.
- Cash or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Eurocard). We are very sorry, but we do not accept American Express or cheques.
- We apologize, but baby strollers are not allowed in the restaurant, lounge, swimming pool or wellness area. For the restaurant we provide high chairs, and for the room we will prepare a baby bed. Kids up to 16 years of age are not allowed in the saunas or in the whisper lounge. They are, however, very welcome in the swimming pool area!
- Our wellness center Granvara Vital Dolomit is for the exclusive use of our guests. Please understand that people who are not staying at the Granvara will have no access to our facilities. We kindly inform you that kids and teenagers under 16 years of age unfortunately have no access to the saunas.
- Guests can check in from 2 p.m.; early check-in can be arranged upon arrival, subject to availability. Check-out time is 11 a.m.
- A late check-out in the room until 6 p.m. is possible (subject to availability) with an extra charge of € 50.00 per person (meals not included). A late check-out in the wellness center until 6 p.m. is also possible (subject to availability) with an extra charge of € 20.00 per person (meals not included).
- Should there be a price discrepancy, the hotel reserves the right to adjust the prices according to our latest price list. For a stay of less than 4 nights, we apply an additional charge to the regular price.
- We are required to collect a community residence tax of € 4.50 per person per night for all persons over 14 years of age. This tax is not included in the price of your stay.
- The hotel’s rooms have been designed using natural materials and advanced technology. In order to maintain a comfortable environment, smoking is not permitted in the rooms, bathrooms or anywhere inside the hotel, apart from our smoking lounge.
- GuestPass/Val Gardena Guest Pass/Mobil Card (consequently Guest Pass) will be issuedto the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regionalgovernment No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well asfrom 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourismorganization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the abovedecision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Associationof Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022. The details of theadditional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use ofthe Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing andmanaging the Guest Pass. - We serve mineralised, filtered and sterilised spring water from the Saslong-Ciampinoi - a pure pleasure straight from nature, effectively treated.
- We rely on sustainable energy with our photovoltaic system. Environmentally conscious and efficient - for a holiday with a clear conscience.
- For e-car drivers: Our in-house charging station is available to you free of charge. Simply park, charge and relax.
- Free shuttle service between the hotel and village centre - convenient, fast and environmentally friendly.
