Beniamino Trezza, who has been putting his stamp on the cuisine at Granvara for many years, is always on the lookout for new taste experiences with his young, creative team. Aromas from all over the world are combined with down-to-earth basics. Fresh, local products are used to create innovative dishes with plenty of curiosity, care and passion. In the morning, our cuisine creators greet you with a buffet to fill you with energy. Breakfast creations will be freshly prepared for you at the front cooking counter. At lunchtime your taste buds will be tempted by the à la carte restaurant menu, while in the afternoons we offer snacks and cakes at the bar (light snacks). Your daily culinary journey reaches its climax in the evening with a gourmet 5-course set meal with options. And of course, not forgetting special theme evenings such as our authentic Tyrolean evening.
